Beautiful red color, clear and bright with purple reflections. A nose with red fruits and fine spicy notes. A very smooth wine, easy to drink, beautiful harmony. Pair with roast pork, beef brisket, pot roast, dark meat turkey, aged cheeses, lentils or mushroom dishes.
Appellation
Situated in the South-West at the edge of the Atlantic, it is crossed by the Garonne and Dordogne rivers and has an oceanic temperate climate. The richness, quality and diversity of these wines are based on the typicality of terroirs, the experience of these proud families and their art of blending.
Vinification
Harvested at full maturity, the grapes are fermented in a traditional way, in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature. The wines are then aged in tank for several months prior to bottling to preserve the fruity & fresh character is this pretty wine.
