Del professore Classico was born with the purpose of recreating the late xvIII century original vermouth style,when vermouth was poured as an aperitif drink.its based on a rich blend of herb,partly harvested on the alpine slopes surrounding Torino and also,According to tradition,from exotic places further afield.its Amber-colored,with a complex bouquet of citrus,mature fruits,vanilla ,cloves and mace.it shows a perfect balance of sweetness and gentian.hints of orange  and cinnamon and a delicate finish of cinchona and gentian.
