Amaro Montenegro is an Italian amaro distilled in Bologna, Italy. It's made from a blend of 40 botanicals, including vanilla, orange peels, and eucalyptus. The amaro was first produced in 1885 by Stanislao Cobianchi and was originally called Elisir Lungavita. Amaro Montenegro is less bitter and has a floral aspect.
